Zaya S. Younan, entrepreneur with a passion for French heritage
American entrepreneur Zaya S. Younan is the founder of the Younan Company, a conglomerate encompassing Younan Properties, Inc (YPI) and La Maison Younan. With an engineering degree from the University of Illinois, Mr. Younan spent nearly thirty years on the boards of companies such as General Motors, Johnson Control and TRW (in the USA, Asia and Europe). YPI has distinguished itself with over 100 transactions, acquiring nearly 25 million square meters of commercial property and completing transactions worth more than $6 billion.
Zaya S. Younan's fascination with France gave birth to La Maison Younan in 2015, with the ambition of establishing one of Europe's most dynamic luxury hotel businesses.
